• 90+ days before departure: Full refund minus $200 administrative fee
• 60-89 days: 50% refund
• 30-59 days: 25% refund

5. Travel Requirements and Responsibilities

5.1 Travel Documents

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, health certificates, and other required documentation. We are not liable for any consequences of inadequate documentation.

You must ensure you are medically and physically fit for your chosen adventure. You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your participation. We recommend consulting your physician and obtaining appropriate travel insurance.

5.3 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and personal liability. Insurance is your responsibility.

5.4 Behavior and Conduct

You agree to behave responsibly and follow instructions from our guides and staff. We reserve the right to terminate your participation without refund if your behavior endangers yourself, others, or disrupts the experience.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All Content on our website and in our materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Wanderpath Adventures and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
